Hotel enquiries
When you contact us by email, telephone or messaging, we use the information you provide to answer your enquiry and, where relevant, arrange the stay or booking you request. The basis is responding to your request or taking steps at your request before a contract. Please provide only necessary information and do not send sensitive documents through these channels without instructions from the hotel.
Reservations
The booking engine uses MisterPlan / RuralGest technology. Accessing /reservas.html loads resources from that provider. The information required and the conditions of the transaction are displayed during the process. Booking information is processed to perform a contract or take steps at your request; legally required information is processed to comply with applicable obligations.
Recipients and services
Technology providers for hosting and reservations may support the service, together with the entities needed to process payment for your selected option and authorities where disclosure is legally required. Following a WhatsApp or map link takes you to an external service with its own privacy policy.
Retention
Enquiry information is kept for as long as needed to respond and handle related responsibilities. Booking and invoicing records are retained for the applicable statutory periods and, where appropriate, the periods required to handle claims.
Your rights
Where applicable, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability by writing to ampudiallanes@gmail.com. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. You may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) if you believe your rights have not been respected.
